Job Description

We are the Bibbs Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization located in Atlanta, Ga. We are driven by a single goal, to do our part in making our community a better place for all. We served the metro K-12 grade students in the metro Atlanta area. We are hiring interns to be a part of our team.

All of the positions will work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week.

Social Media Internship

• Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
• Attend events and produce live social media content.
• Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
• Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Content Writer Internship

• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within the deadlines.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
• Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content
• manager, editors, and web publishers.
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
• Blog Writing (500 Wds) Proofreading + Editing of Copywriting.
• Email Copywriting (includes the subject line, sub-subject line & short body copy).

Program Coordinator Internship

• Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
• Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
• Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
• Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
• Prepare paperwork and order material.
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
• Support the growth and program development.
